Responsible for the daily economic activity of the Association, including collecting cash and paying bills.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Voting member of the HOA Board
  • Represents the Association in its relationship with banks, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Prepares monthly and annual financial statements, and completes the Association's annual tax returns.
  • Proposes draft annual budget, and works with Board and Chairs to finalize the budget
  • Provides monthly analysis of the Association's finacial position, including variance to budget, and makes recommendations on unplanned expenditures
  • Promptly reimburses members for expenses made on the Association's behalf
