Responsible for the daily economic activity of the Association, including collecting cash and paying bills. |

Responsibilities and Tasks
|
- Voting member of the HOA Board
- Represents the Association in its relationship with banks, vendors, and government agencies.
- Prepares monthly and annual financial statements, and completes the Association's annual tax returns.
- Proposes draft annual budget, and works with Board and Chairs to finalize the budget
- Provides monthly analysis of the Association's finacial position, including variance to budget, and makes recommendations on unplanned expenditures
- Promptly reimburses members for expenses made on the Association's behalf
